Cereal Soup

Ingredients:
500 g grain soup (no soaking required), 1 onion, 150 g sweet bacon, 200 g courgettes, extra virgin olive oil, 1 vegetable stock cube.

Procedure:
We prepare a fry with extra virgin olive oil, the onion and the bacon cubes. Add the chopped courgettes and stew for a few minutes.
We add the soup to the cereals and season for 5 minutes, then add water to taste and the vegetable stock cube. Let it cook on a moderate heat for 30 minutes.
Serve to taste.
